OUR HISTORY

Gulf Coast Valve, Inc. was started in July 1977 by Charlie Hoge, after working seventeen years with Elliott Valve in Houston and Corpus Christi.

Gulf Coast Valve has repaired valves in the area ever since and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Most of our employees have been with us over 20 years. We have 17 well trained shop mechanics, a shop foreman, a quality assurance manager, an office manager, a sales person, and the owner.

We have a 33,500 sq. ft. property layout consisting of 1434 sq. ft. office and 7700 sq. ft. shop some of our major equipment consists of 2 - 20" Engine Lathes; a 42" Vertical Turret Lathe: a 14" Engine Lathe a 42" Roto Shot Blast; 20" Metal Saw; 15" and 24" Lap Masters.

We pick up and deliver within 100 miles with a 1 Ton Flat Bed Truck a 16 ft. goose neck trailer with 2- 7000 lb. axles. 3- 3/4 Ton Pick-Up's.

Gulf Coast Valve also offers customer inventory and storage of repaired and repairable valves . We also do modifications, trim changes, gear and actuator installations.
